These are the rules Top10at articles are written to.
Sourcing
- Facts about companies come first from annual reports, stock exchange and regulatory filings, government databases and the company's own official pages.
- Facts about business parks come first from the developer, RERA and municipal records. Occupier names are checked against the occupier's own pages or filings.
- Guidance on money and tax is checked against the regulator or department responsible, such as the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI, EPFO, the Income Tax Department and the GST portal.
- Important figures are cross-checked against a second source where one exists.
- Every article lists its sources and the date they were checked.
What we do not do
- We do not invent figures, quotations, reviews, ratings or people.
- We do not claim to have visited a place or tested a service unless we did.
- We do not present an estimate as a reported number. Estimates are labelled.
- We do not publish promotions for gambling or betting.
Rankings
A ranking is ordered by one stated metric with a stated date. If we cannot rank fairly, we publish an unranked selection and say on what basis the entries were chosen. The full method is on How we rank.
Money, tax and legal topics
Articles on these topics are general information. They are not advice for your situation. Rates, fees, limits and rules change, so each carries the date it was checked and a link to the official source.
How articles are produced and checked
Articles are researched and drafted by the editorial team, which may use AI tools for research and drafting. A named person is responsible for each article before it is published. An article shows a fact-check line only after a named reviewer has checked its facts against the listed sources and signed it off. An automated check does not count.
Updates
Articles show a publication date. They show an "Updated" date only when facts or conclusions changed. Rankings and money guides are reviewed on a schedule and whenever a material fact changes.

Advertisers and the subjects of our articles have no say over coverage or rankings. Sponsored content and affiliate links are labelled. See the advertising disclosure.
